AI-powered document extraction may not be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing all extracted data before relying on it. Transaction Sidekick is a tool to assist your work, not a substitute for professional judgment.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by Service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transaction Sidekick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
